Senior Osteopath
Your Role
- Shifts: 4-5 days/week – Saturdays preferred. Felxible to suit you
- Salary: Above Award – + Performance bonus structure
- Growth: $100k+ – On a 4-day week, reflective of experience & leadership
About You
- Experienced clinician – with a confident, hands-on approach — you know what you’re doing and you want a clinic that matches your energy
- Ready for a change — you’re good at what you do, but your current role isn’t giving you the autonomy, caseload or culture you deserve
- Thrives with a full, varied caseload — slow days aren’t your thing. You want to be busy, challenged and doing your best work
- Strong rehab lens — you integrate active care naturally, not as an afterthought
- Wants to lead — you’re the kind of clinician others look to. You’re ready to step into a senior role and help shape the culture and clinical standards of a great team
- Growth mindset — you like learning, asking questions and refining your craft. You see CPD as a privilege, not a chore
