More often than not,  this is to move better with less pain, and develop strategies to prevent it from happening again! 

Assessing Your Movement.

Here we take you through a series of movements and special tests. This gives us an indication of which muscles/joints and structures may be contributing to your pain and irritation. It also helps guide our treatment and management plan.

As Osteopaths, treating low back pain is our bread and butter. This is possibly our number one complaint we see in our Glen Iris clinic. We always combine hands-on treatment techniques, along with active movement strategies and education. Our primary goal is to reduce your pain and improve your movement.
